Studio Jear has experienced Yoga Instructors with the ability to teach all levels of Yoga!
In March 2012 - Studio Jear will be doing targeted Yoga workshops (Digestive health, Beat the Blues- yoga for depression and anxiety, Better Sleep, Yoga for breast cancer survivors, Healthy Back Yoga) to name a few!
We want to offer everyone an opportunity to experience Studio Jear's AWESOME Yoga Instructors FREE! Studio Jear has yoga mats until they run out or feel free to bring your own. Check out our website to see all the fun, result getting group fitness programs offered at Studio Jear! Appropriate for teens & up!
