STUDIO JEAR! - JOIN THIS HUSBAND & WIFE FITNESS TEAM (Arlene & Jerome)! ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music & dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast & slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Mon - Thurs 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Tues - 9:00am to 10:00am
Thurs - 10:00am to 11:00am
Sat - 10:30am to 11:30am
