KIDS & TEENS SAFETY, AWARENESS & SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOP
To pre-register - call Studio Jear at (904) 733-3724 or email us at zumbajear@yahoo.com - Give child / teen's name, age as well as your contact phone number! Space will be limited so register your child / teen today!
5 - 12 years of age - 1pm to 2:30pm - $4.00 per child
13 - 18 years of age -1pm to 2:30pm - $6.00 per child
(Each age group will have its own separate, simultaneous agenda) Let's teach our young people how to stay safe in all situations!
Studio Jear Group Fitness recognizes the MANY difficult topics that our kids & teens face today. Drugs, peer pressure, social media, depression, difficulty in acclimating to major changes in their home lives...our goal is to open their eyes to one bad decision made in 30 seconds can change not only their lives forever but the lives of all who love them. *Parents roundtable discussion - let's talk about WHY our teens don't confide in us" Learn the difference between "teen moodiness & depression" and much more. Teens will also have their own self defense session - verbal AND physical techniques. Teaching teens to avoid situations that can make life altering changes in your life or end it...
*While the kids are in their workshops - ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION WITH PARENTS / CAREGIVERS*
