Background:
Never has there been a river home that has had more passion and heart poured on it by a team. This is the quintessential New Old Home that pulls on the great traditions of its backyard in Fernandina Beach. The architecture was by none other than Historical Concepts led by Jim Strickland.  No other firm has made such an impact to inspire and shape Southern Vernacular Architecture. From there, the talented and ever gracious hand of Heather Chadduck has made this home speak to those roots and traditions with something new but also something new around every corner. None of this would have happened without the "grace under pressure" team of the artisans of Riverside Homes. Finally, none of this happens without the support of our Sponsors so our thanks to all of them for making this home what it is. We invite you to come and enjoy what is truly a very special home that will set the tone for a new island development called Crane Island right here on Amelia Island, Florida.
Tickets &  Dates:

1. Getting here: We have had some issues with getting to the property.  The best solution is to use Apple Maps and type in 3163 Bailey Road Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.  Please be careful with Waze Maps as we have a request to change the incorrect location on that solution.
2. Ticket: your ticket is good for the full day and you can come at any time. We are open 10 to 4 Wed to Saturday and 1 to 4 on Sunday.
3. Change Your Ticket Date: We do understand that sometimes "life" gets in the way of best-laid plans and therefore please just let us know in advance if you need to move your ticket dates around.  We will do everything we can to accommodate you and we want you to come and enjoy the home.  Part of the proceeds from the ticket sales goes to the Amelia Island Museum Of History. So come on out and enjoy a wonderful new home that looks like it has been here forever and supports a great charity along the way.
