This 5-hour workshop/retreat is for caregivers of loved ones with memory loss or dementia in the Jacksonville community of New Town/ College Gardens. It will include educational presentations on managing the challenges of caregiving, advance care planning, as well as skills-training in relaxation, nutrition, and self-care.
Participants will receive a $35 gift card at the end of the workshop to help offset costs that may be incurred by securing respite care for loved ones so that caregivers can relax and enjoy this event.
