Hey, interested in being a vendor at our Craft Fair Pop-Up? Registration is easy!
Event Details
Simply register for the event and fill out the registration form when promted at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your ticket is purchased.
Pop-Up hours are 10am to 4pm.
Location: 5285 Shad Road, Jacksonville, 32257
Details & Information
All vendors with artisan, handmade, or one-of-a-kind goods are welcome. We also welcome Cottage Bakers, MLM, Consultants (one of each category will be accepted) and Corporate. No weapons, drugs, or political references in your merchandise please. Vendors are accepted on a first paid basis.
This is a one-time rental of space for the above-named event only. Vendors are accepted on a first paid basis.
All Vendor Spaces are 100% managed by vendor. Made By Locals LLC will not retain any commission on sales or collect payments on sales. Vendors are responsible for their own sales. Demonstrations outside of booth area, including handouts or giveaways and displaying items outside of tent area are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of your participation in this and possibly future events.
We do not allow the sale of merchandise printed, stamped, or embroidered with our trade name "Made By Locals". We do not authorize use of the name "Made By Locals" or the Made By Locals logo on any merchandise - including t-shirts and apparel.
Vendors must bring their own tents, tent sides, tables, displays, chairs and a minimum of 25 lb weights per tent leg. Water and electric hook-ups are not available.
Prohibited items and activities. Made By Locals LLC reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products not deemed appropriate. Made By Locals LLC reserves the right to ask any vendor to vacate the event if any of the following conditions are not met:
Sale of CBD, hemp, alcohol, tobacco or vape products or drug related paraphernalia
There is to be absolutely no smoking or vaping within 25 feet of this event
No pets allowed (service animals welcome)
Weapons
Generators
Portable cooking devices
Tents without weights
Music that generates beyond the scope of your space
Sale of alcohol, smoking, vaping, or drug related paraphernalia
Our pop-ups are rain or shine events. All vendor space sales
