Description
Made By Locals LLC (herein referred to as MBL) Pop Up Events offers vendors a way to promote their business and products, reach new customers, and network with other businesses and members of the community.
Event Details
As our store is not a childproof environment, we are hosting a Boo-Fest for adults! Vendors are encouraged to decorate their spaces, wear a costume, sell holiday themed items and gifts, and have some tasty treats on hand for our adult shoppers.
MBL is looking for Artisans, artists, handcrafters, homemade, retail, and commercial businesses selling goods & services. We also welcome Cottage Bakers, Multi-Level Marketing, and Consultants. (MLM & Consultants are limited to 1 of each category per pop up.)
Nonprofits, community organizations, and corporations wishing to have an information booth only are also welcome. (No sales)Event Hours: 10am to 4:00pm
Event Location: 5285 Shad Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257
Vendor Set-up: 8:00am-9:30am
Vendor must check in with MBL staff before setting up.
MBL Store Hours are 10am-5:00pm.
Vendor is encouraged to be ready to greet customers by 9:30am.
Tents without the proper weight requirements will not be allowed to be setup.
Vendor Tear-down: 4:00pm-5:30pm
No Vendor will be allowed to continue sales/service after 4:00pm.
All Vendors must complete cleanup and vacate premises by 5:30pm.
Promoting Event: Facebook & Instagram
We will happily promote you on our social media to excite and encourage customers to visit your booth. We also encourage you to self-promote about your participation in our Event. If you tag us in your posts, we will share them in kind!
Vendor & Space Type Definitions.
Inside Table Space (Handcrafted Only).
ALL ITEMS MUST BE HANDCRAFTED BY VENDOR!
Indoor space allows for you to bring your own maximum size 6' x 30" table and up to 2 chairs. You must provide a table skirt or covering of some kind that drapes in front to the floor. You will be attending your own space and handling your own sales.
Outside Single Space.
Outdoor Space is 10' x 10'. You may put 1 maximum sized 10' x 10' tent on this space with a minimum of 25 lb. weights per leg (mandatory). As space is on concrete, tent stakes will not be able to be used.
Outside Double Space.
Outdoor Space is 10' x 20'. You may put 1 large maximum sized 10' x 20' tent or 2 maximum sized 10' x 10' tents on this space with a minimum of 25 lb. weigh
