Our BJJ Curriculum and Program is under the guidance of 8th Degree Black Belt, Master Rigan Machado (pictured above). Master Rigan is one of the most decorated BJJ practitioners of all time. The Machado Brothers are very well known in the BJJ circles and are cousins of the famous Gracie family. TOTAL Defense & Fitness Owner, Professor Larry Shealy is a 1st Degree Black Belt under the guidance of Master Rigan Machado and is a Certified Black Belt Instructor in his program.
