We maintain a true 50/50 split between representing Sellers and Buyers, so we can expertly serve the entire realty community. Having each raised children (and now grandchildren!) in Northeast Florida, we're proud to say we truly know our markets and push the envelope to try to get our sellers the highest possible price the market will bear with our strategic pricing models.
