Artist, architect, designer, realtor... Designing, creating, and building have always been a part of my life. From helping my Dad with home improvements as a kid, to earning a Bachelor of Architecture Degree and working as an architect in NYC and San Francisco, being a real estate investor and finally, a realtor in Jacksonville Beach, real estate has been a continual and ever evolving thread in defining who I am. My husband and I are native New Yorkers who took a leap and moved to San Francisco in 2003. Being such a great city, it was an easy transition, but we missed the warm summer nights. After 11 years on the West Coast, my husband's work brought us to the Jacksonville area. Now what we miss most are Lake Tahoe and Napa, but we have the warm summer nights- all year round! We are here to stay, Ponte Vedra Beach being our favorite place to live. With our three kids, we are lucky and proud to be part of such a special community with warm weather and warm people, and a perfect balance of the North and the South. Living in different parts of the country gives me a better appreciation of Northeast Florida and the moving process, and my background in architecture and design, and as an investor, will give you a unique perspective on buying or selling your home.
