We already provide food and beverage service in the very successful Blackfly The Restaurant in St. Augustine and at Blackfly Lodge in Abaco, Bahamas. The Blackfly Café falls in line with the Blackfly philosophy of good food and good service.... a simple formula and the key to our success. Blackfly Café serves a simple menu based on personal favorites that we have encountered as travelers in the Caribbean and managers at various tropical fishing lodges. All of our menu items are prepared in the most authentic manner with traditional ingredients and flair. We are a full lunch and dinner café with salads, appetizers, entrées, and daily specials. Our Tarpon Tap Room has a current selection of local brews, popular beers and fine wines. You'll love our nautical decor adorned with the art of Vaughn Cochran.
