Pit Stop Pit Bull Rescue Transport is dedicated to supporting animal rescue groups and shelters by providing transport services within North Florida and South Georgia. Through our mission we continue to promote public education with regards to responsible pet ownership, animal rescue, legislation, special events, and community involvement. Since the recession in late 2008 shelters and rescues continue to struggle to make ends meet often having to make some very tough decisions. Our goal is to provide support services to the shelters and rescues of North Florida and South Georgia. These services not only include transport services from kill shelters to rescues located throughout the East Coast of the U.S, but also medical, boarding, and training sponsorships. In addition, we provide community service support to shelters to allow them to some of the nice to haves they are unable to attain due to limited funding. Our goal is to complete at least one community service project per year.
