Meet founder of Gili's Kitchen, Ricki Ben Simon. She started Gili's kitchen in 2017 when she turned her and Chef Gili's dream into a reality.
What began as a few comments on the tasty food at one dinner party led Chef Gili to travel across the world several times a year to keep growing his followers with Ricki. The strong supporter of the chef wanted to share her love for traditional yet modern kosher food after a few years of exploring new dishes with Chef Gili.
