The Happy Grilled Cheese locations are Jacksonville's most original food truck and restaurants, from the hand-painted artwork to the fun and ever-changing menu. We are proud to offer a full menu specializing in gourmet grilled cheeses. Opened in 2013 by entrepreneur and "Sultan of all things CHEESY", Anthony Hashem, the goal of The Happy Grilled Cheese is to provide quality, fresh food at great prices to every corner of Northeast Florida. As a native of Jacksonville, Anthony grew up working in his family's restaurant and is now going back to his roots in the kitchen to follow this passion.
