Crossfit Pablo Beach powered by Black Hive Athletics is not only the premier CrossFit® training facility in North Florida, but we also specialize in a custom "Strength and Endurance-based” approach to fitness training that people from all ages and fitness levels can participate in. We here at Black Hive Athletics utilize an ever-changing training program that combines all facets of fitness including: Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Endurance Training such as Running, Swimming, Biking and Rowing. We also incorporate many other dynamic and fun fitness movements utilizing Kettlebells and Plyometric training techniques.
