Down Under Fitness is a circuit based, 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. We use a combination of resistance exercises over multiple joints and the cardiovascular component of spin bikes and rowing to burn up to 1,000 calories per class.
During the class, you'll complete a combination of resistance exercises, such as kettlebells, dumbbells and suspension training equipment with cardiovascular exercises, including spinning & rowing. These all work to improve your speed, power, and endurance.
We will complete each station with other partners, all challenging and motivating each other to do the best you can. Stations will vary (time and type) depending on the specific class goal.
Our approach will challenge you beyond traditional classes as we target every part of the body, just like a professional athlete. Not only will you be in the best shape of your life but you will meet new mates and become part of the Down Under Fitness family.
