The Grindstone, will be offering the world’s first traceable and PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil under the brand, Ellora Farms; which comes from the centuries old estate located between the Samaria Canyon and the beach of Kolymvari, in the middle of the Aegean Sea in the Mediterranean. It is here that the world’s oldest living olive tree of Vouves, estimated to be more than 3000 years old and still producing the prized olives, marks the history and emphasizes the importance of the olive oil industry for local farmers.

Ellora Farms Extra Virgin Olive Oil is of the highest quality which meets the stringent requirements while maintaining a focus on environmental consciousness and tradition.
