Event Details
The Chefs at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island are presenting a monthly cooking demonstration preparing and cooking a variety of cuisines. Small class sizes create an intimate environment in the gorgeous Salt dining room.
After each demonstration, students dine with a matched wine and return to the set for the next dish. The final demonstration is by the pastry chefs.
Easter is a celebration time that comes hand on hand with spring and bright, fresh flavors! Join Chef Lulu on this amazing experience as she presents a few simple yet delicious and sophisticated dishes.
FIRST COURSE: Fresh Mozzarella Salad - Heirloom Tomato, Basil Vinaigrette
SECOND COURSE: Ravioli - Black Garlic Cream Sauce, Crispy Sage
DESSERT: Chef Choice of Sweet Ending Delight
