Bring your mom to the beach for a Blessed Rising of Yoga, and connect with your mind body and soul. Bring your Daughter(s) OR Son(s) and our purchase the Mommy & Me special.
If you're not a mother, that's fine too! Come and connect with Your Goddess or Creator within.
Ticket will include water, refreshments, and a Mimosa to those 21+, post session. All you need is your mat and water. **All mother's will receive a rose.**
Class will be led by Vaneshia "Vee" Smith, the founder & CEO of The Goddess Connect. She will lead a mixed level class with a relaxing Meditation.
