Join this Circle of Women for deep Spring Cleaning with Fire Pit meditations and Yoni Steams.
Event Details
Welcoming ladies of all ages, cycling or crone, for an evening of Lower Chakra love and engagement, intentions & prayers cast into the firepit with drum, mudra meditation with somatic movement to engage our Seed Source, and Yoni Steams with Sound Bath.
Guests will choose from the blend of herbs for steam (cleansing & strengthening or cleansing & digestive support). I will follow up a few days before with your choice for steaming blend
Guests will bring their own bowl for steaming. (capacity 4-6 cups)
Please dress very comfortably for both the somatic movement and steam itself, offered on a yoga mat/blanket in child's pose.
