Diana was born and raised in a small town in Northern Italy between Milan and the Como Lake, and lived there for most of her life. After she moved to Switzerland, England and the Netherlands, she moved back to Italy then moved to States five years ago with her husband and three children.Food has always been relevant in her household, just like any other Italian family. In fact, she talks about dinner while eating lunch and tomorrow’s lunch while enjoying dinner!Diana has a true passion for teaching and cooking.
Today, she teaches cooking around Jacksonville retail businesses and restaurants as well as private classes in her customers’ kitchens. She’s convinced more people should have experiences like hers, authentic meals, the finest espresso, the best pizza and fresh homemade pasta and the joy of eating the best homemade Italian food prepared with love every single day!
