Total Control® - Pelvic Fitness Program

Medically proven to improve bladder control, promote flatter abs, enhance your relationships, and provide a better night's sleep, Total Control is our signature series designed to help you achieve the quality of life you deserve. Created by leading experts in the fields of urogynecology and physical therapy, this fitness and wellness program focuses on the three, core muscle groups known as the “pelvic pyramid.”
Through a combination of classroom instruction and exercise, you'll learn to cue the correct muscles in the pelvic pyramid to strengthen your core, improve your posture, tone your tummy, and prevent or alleviate symptoms such as the “laugh, cough, sneeze and leak” or the “gotta go, gotta go” problems. A brief educational discussion is included in each one-hour workout to provide important nutritional, behavioral and lifestyle information to support your pelvic health.
This six session course meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45-6:45pm in the NEW Conference Rooms on the first floor of the main hospital. 
The first class will be Tuesday, July 23 and the last class will be Thursday, August 8.
