Remember last year when we tried to mix things up with a month-long celebration of Oktoberfest instead of hosting one giant party? (In our defense, that's how they do it in the Motherland.)
Event Details
Yeah. Not our best idea ... as you let us know. But we heard you loud and clear.
OUR traditional Oktoberfest is back, baby!
The FREE celebration takes place at our Riverside location from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Outside we'll have eight German beers on draft, giant Bavarian pretzels, grilled brats, live music from The Hungry Five oompah band and local favorites Junco Royals (see schedule below for times) and the ever-popular stein hoisting competition (time TBD).
Wear a traditional dirndl or lederhosen and get a free beer (21+ and up; one beer per guest). Get your face painted. Do the Chicken Dance. And don't forget to snap a photo with the Infamous Monster German Wiener. (tag #monstergermanwiener on Instagram)
Our full menu will be available, and happy hour is in effect from 2-7 p.m. (boot fills not included).
We welcome kids of all ages and well-behaved pets and extend a special invitation to Mr. Bates, a local hedgehog who is a big fan of our patio.
