So many of you have eaten at The Stuffed Beaver as a poutinerie/ fast casual restaurant. On Canada Day celebrated July 1, 2019 this will not be the case. The dining area will be transformed for an comfortably elegant dining area availability for an intimate 20 person experience.
This seven course meal will be served on linens with proper formal table settings yet still envelope the comfortable feeling of a family gathering. I know...shocking right? Make new friends and taste French Canadian favorites lit by candles and candleabres. Place a cloth napkin on your lap and let’s begin shall we.

Traditional yellow split pea soup slow-cooked with ham bone
Communal table salad creations
Creamy wild mushroom tarragon vol au vent
Salmon tartare
Poutine with roasted duck ragout topped with crispy duck skin cracklings drizzled with orange maple reduction
Boeuf roti w/ seasonal root vegetables
Warm yellow cake trifle layered with homemade crème fouettee, warm maple cream & house made honeycomb crunch
Wine, Prosecco and beer available for purchase. Gratuity not included and great attitudes are welcome for the evening.
