Namaste....Yoga is a great way to work on your flexibility and strength. Just about everyone can do it too - it's not just for people who can touch their toes or want to meditate. Some types of Yoga are about relaxation. In other, you move more. Most types focus on learning poses, called asanas. They also usually include attention to breathing.
Here are some other benefits to Yoga: flexibility, strength, better posture, breathing benefits, less stress / more calm, good for your heart.
I can teach you how to get into that pose you've always wanted to master, but hopefully I can also touch your life in a positive way. Maybe I'll sneak in a little spirituality without you knowing, but my main goal is to exercise your body, as well as exercise your mind, heart and soul. Even if I'm only teaching to one person, that is another person that I can touch in a positive way and hopefully create a shift in them, soften their hearts and calm their minds. That's when my job as a yoga instructor is truly done...
