Downtown Green Cove Springs transforms into a winter wonderland on Saturday, December 3. Spring Park gets into the holiday spirit with activities including free photos with Santa in the Pool Pavilion, one-mile Jingle Bell Fun Run, and 50 craft vendors and food trucks surrounding the park. Don’t miss Green Cove Springs Business League’s “A Superhero Christmas” light-up Christmas Parade in the evening. After the parade, the City lights its Parade of Trees for the first time. It’s a display of 160 decorated Christmas Trees across Spring Park that all light up from dusk to 10 p.m. from Dec. 3 to Dec. 31. Several photo opportunities are spread throughout the display, making it the perfect backdrop for Christmas on Walnut Street and the holidays all month long.
